All in all it was good. Place needs some TLC as described by previous reviews. The kitchen space was very nice and good for big groups however Kitchen drawers need some serious attention- some don’t even work. Kitchen stove also not working properly but it worked enough for our use. Grill needs new parts inside as it’s barely useable (it’s a nice Weber grill though so an easy fix). We loved the outdoor space and peaceful location on the river. I would say it was 90% as described- a little tic and maintenance and it’s a great place. We had a good time and host was very responsive. AC in the house worked well for cooling and the house was very spacious. We didn’t even try to turn on a TV so the outdoors was our main hangout by the fire pit.

The House is beautiful and large. We had 11 people and we were not crowded. Plenty of room for cars, boats, trucks whatever. We had a family Easter dinner and the backyard was perfect. One of our cousins brought a boat the doc was in great condition. We saw a few manatees, Mullet jumping a tarpon eating the mullet and a small gator. We used to live in the area and we still have a lot of family out that way and it was perfectly located. The house had everything we needed. The house had a few flaws the lawn needed mowing, the deck needed sweeping, the oven needs cleaning, the faucet was leaking. and several kitchen draws were broken. all easy fixes and it wasn't that bad we couldn't use it. I'm a clean freak so I noticed. Everything else was clean and beautiful. I'm a very picky person and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. If she'll have us that is. I give this place a 4.9 out of 5. You should stay here it is definitely worth it.

This house and its location was perfect for a quiet weekend. The location was just far and close enough to stores and restaurants. The house is well maintained and provided a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place and I would rent it again in the future.

Upon arrival to the airbnb the home was as pictured. I would like to make mention, also reflected in previous reviews, we experienced small custodial issues which we took upon ourselves to correct, as well as numerous cameras on the property. The advertisement on the home does not list security cameras in the description. If they prefer to have cameras so be it, however, I believe this should be transparent and listed for awareness. Upon entering the home it is very spacious and accommodating! We were a larger group, but allotted per the description. We were asked about the amount of vehicles on the property which were our personal vehicles as we all came from different areas. The neighbors had apparently contacted the owner of our presence with complaints. It is not mentioned in the description of a limit on vehicles at the property as it states plenty of parking on the premises, and free parking on premises. If so, we would have planned accordingly. Regardless, we enjoyed our time.
