Andres’s rental is great! It has so many amenities and is fairly large for the area. His whole apartment has been recently updated so everything looks really new. Also, there’s a door that divides the room and bathroom from the rest of the house so it feels really private. Andres is super friendly, he’s willing to let you use anything and is super responsive. His place isn’t the closest to all the places I wanted to go to as a tourist, but it’s extremely close to Maragall and La Sagrera station so at least it was just a subway ride away. NOTE: While I was there in early May 2024, there was a lot of construction going on in the building so it wasn’t the most quiet, but not the rental’s fault.

Andres molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha accolto molto volentieri, dato tante informazioni sulla città e luoghi da visitare. L alloggio é ben posizionato, 10 minuti a piedi dalla linea L1 - molto collegata. Zona anche molto tranquilla, 0 problemi nel rientro tardi. Bagno in comune, ma come se ci fossi solo io, molto pulito e spazioso, lo stesso vale per la stanza. Esperienza più che positiva, ci ritornerò

La comunicación con Andrés fue muy fácil, tanto para la llegada como a la salida. La habitación es amplia y el apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila cerca de varias paradas de metro, que conectan directamente con el centro de Barcelona. Alojamiento totalmente recomendable.
