Host was very communicative, place was as showed on the pictures and also clean. The internet was very spotty and used by others on the property, which wasn’t ideal given the location has no cell service but the host mentioned he was getting that fixed soon. Lastly, this is not technically a separate apartment, it’s split between the main house with a regular indoor door so noise levels may be an issue for some and dependent on how loud the other guests are.

Really enjoyed this place. Stayed here for a few days fishing the Delaware. Great place to stay if you’re planning on floating the Main Stem down to the Buckingham boat ramp. There is a little bar a few minutes walk from the house. The general store that is also walking distance and a nice selection.

Overall the apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a great location for us as we have family who live in town. Our communication with Jb was easy and quick. The kitchen is nicely stocked though there is no microwave, which wasn't a deal breaker for us. In general, cell reception is spotty at best in Equinunk and it's either Verizon DSL or Starlink from Elon Musk for internet. If you go to the "new" General Store (walkable from the apartment and recommend going for morning pastries etc), the owners will tell you they prefer being off-grid. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the apartment again.
