This may just be my favorite Airbnb stay of all! Our day truly felt like a home away from home with all the amenities and extra delighted that you would hope from even the nicest hotels. The hosts truly thought of everything - including wireless charging pads, black towels for make up removal, a completely and fully stocked kitchen (probably rivals many people’s full time homes!) and a generous and thoughtful welcome amenity. Admittedly I prefer staying in hotels while on vacation however, my mind may have just been changed! It is conveniently located to Carmel by the sea, as well as Monterey and Carmel Valley! The only comment I would make is for anyone traveling with small children. There is a heating vent on the floor that when the heat is on, is VERY HOT. This trip was without my two toddlers, but if I had them with me, I would’ve been very scared that they would’ve injured themselves on the hot floor. This doesn’t change my feelings about the incredible home and hosts.

We spent a week in California staying at 3 different AirBnBs. This place was by far the best stocked! It was a lovely home, well decorated. Would love to go back!

Bobby & Kristen really earned all of the 5 star reviews for this property. They were super responsive. The home has a designer's touch down to the details, but it is also immaculate. In our 10+yrs traveling to Carmel, this was the first time our allergies were not a problem thanks to the air filters placed in the bedrooms & living room, the fan & dehumidifier in the bathroom, and the windows that closed well. Also appreciated the space heaters in each room and all the toddler gear (playpen, high chair, dishes, etc) that were so clean. The main road is busy, but in the other direction it is all residential with a nearby walking path that led to a newly renovated playground perfect for little kids. I hesitate to post this review because I know it will be harder to book again but really Bobby & Kristen deserve it. This is hands down the best airbnb I have ever stayed in and rivals 5-star luxury resorts. Can't wait to return!
