Situation dans une ruelle jolie et calme, dans un quartier de belles façades et canaux, et très pratique pour les trams, ou la marche jusqu'à certains lieux à visiter. Une supérette dans la rue suivante est ouverte très souvent. L'appartement est confortable, lumineux, décoré d'oeuvres. Cependant prévoyez un masque si le manque de volets vous réveille, et surtout, attention aux deux escaliers très raides qui peuvent gêner de jeunes enfants ou personnes âgées. Terrasse attirante (mais non testée à cause de la mauvaise météo) .. Le propriétaire Rogier répond rapidement et efficacement aux questions posées. Une bonne adresse donc.

The perfect host and the perfect location for your future trip to Amsterdam! The house is simply beautiful, well organized and comfortable. The location is the best, as it is very close to the city centre but also in a nice and quiet area in the southern canal which we loved!! The restaurant downstairs is also nice. And Rogier is so responsive and kind to leave you without words… he even bought a hairdryer just for us! Speechless about how lucky we were to find this AirBnb.. next time we will come back at Rogier’s for sure!

Awesome place and the location is super central which was important for us. Kitchen worked great and it was super easy to prepare meals. As well as many restaurants, bakeries, and Amsterdam center is all very near by. Rogier was very hospitable, communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Rogier was a wonderful host. Very welcoming, kind, and friendly. He was a great communicator, and shared good instructions and information. He lent us his two bikes to ride for free, and allowed us a late checkout. The neighbourhood is fantastic with many shops and restaurants near by. Very walkable as well. I’d recommend Rogier place in a heartbeat!
