Pirates Retreat is located in the small town of Eaglehawk Neck, just an hour's drive from Hobart, TAS. A comfortable 2500 square meters country stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment. If you plan to spend your farm stay Tasmania escapes here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!

This tiny home was extra cosy, and comfortable, although took some adjusting to the eco friendly toilet and unfortunately ran out of hot water the morning we were to depart. We wish it had some basic supplies of tea/coffee to make for a cosy night cap. Overall though, beautiful views and good for one night!
Great stay the only fault is the camp toilet but was fine for 1 night

A great position and could hear the waves, compact but everything you needed for a few days away.
An amazing little place to stay! Loved the location and a very tidy place. It felt private but easy to get to. Lovely views and so close to the ocean. Would definitely stay again.
