Staying at the Tuscan Villa hosted by Riley and Carrie was absolutely the best AirBNB we have ever stayed at, the home was immaculate and stunning!! The views to die for and the hosts , there’s not enough words to say how amazing Riley and Carrie are they make you feel like part of the family!! One of the best airbnb's I have ever been to. The home is absolutely stunning. Riley and Carrie were such great hosts! They go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best stay as possible. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Riley and Carrie's Taste of Tuscany is built by Riley himself in the 70's. We used 2-bedroom guest suite of a much larger villa. Boy oh boy, pictures do not do justice! The views and interior, exterior spaces are absolutely beautiful. Waking up every morning to sunrise over the mountains and misty lake was a bliss. No one wanted to leave airbnb to go out to eat or go sightseeing. If you are lucky, Mt. Rainier might be visible from Riley's property if clouds aren't obscuring. But most importantly, what's more than the breathtaking views or the house, is the warm hospitality of Riley and Carrie. They stayed up till midnight to greet us although they could have just given us code to the door. They prepared age appropriate books and toys for my 6 year old which he enjoyed very much. There were fresh flowers cut right from the garden. Everything we needed were either there, or provided when asked. If they are not busy, strike a conversation and it might be more fun than the trip itself!

You know that feeling after being away from home for a while...when you just want to be in your own bed again? Did not get that feeling on our last day here- I did not want to leave! Riley and Carrie made it so warm and welcoming it made my heart smile. We've both done our fair shake of traveling and abnb'ing but this place really shines. So cozy, bright and beautiful, with all the comforts of home and then some. The trip was a bit of a workcation of sorts however, working from the beautiful and serene space almost felt like I was playing hooky because I felt truly away from all the real stress and strain from the 'real world'. Downtown Kirkland was only a few mins away by car so having a night out was easy (however staying in was also very nice). The space is also walking distance to the lakefront with a fun nature walk that takes you to a nearby pier that hovers over the crystal clear waters of Lake Washington. Can't wait to return!
