Small , easy self check in, one bedroom condo. I hope you enjoy your stay at this minimal suite. Walking distance to many amenities. Check out time is 11 am. Although the building is old and the shower faucet takes extra muscle to pull it out from the wall, you will not hurt it! Our condo has a well flowing layout in a small space. The refrigerator is not stainless steel and the bathroom tub needs to be resurfaced. It is located in a large, old condominium building with open parking. Do not expect it to be super quiet, as many people live in the building. Let us know ahead of time if you plan to do laundry, so we leave you detergent pods. Likewise, if you are bringing children and need a crib, high chair or anything else, please ask a ahead. We are no more than 10-20 minutes from airport, depending on weather, road construction and time. Self check in at any hour after 3 pm. Give us a heads up if you need to check in earlier or hold luggage. Let us know if you are checking in later than 4 pm so we can prioritize our cleaning services accordingly. Grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to Seward’s Folly sports pub. Emergency walk in clinic close. Less than 10 minutes to Providence hospital. This is a minimal condo in a secure building, with a kitchen, couches, laundry, free parking, a southside facing deck for afternoon sun, an instant fireplace (use light switch to the left side of mantle) and we welcome pets! Be mindful of the deck with children and do not touch the fire place when it is on. It is hot. Once again, this is not meant to be luxury, it is an old, ugly building in a fantastic location.
