We loved our stay here. It was everything we expected from Candia's description and other reviews and a bit more. The location was perfect for exploring Bristol (enjoyable walking distance to all the main sites - and a very convenient number 8 bus to give us a lift back up the hill if we were feeling lazy). The flat was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautiful, overlooking the garden and view of the gorge. Parking directly outside was fantastic! Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed here for the month of March, whilst working in Bristol. There are two rooms, a bedroom and a kitchen area, and both are large enough not to feel cramped. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen tools (important for a long stay). There is a small workdesk in the bedroom that we used extensively, and it was better than expected. The ceiling is low, but I had no problems and barely noticed it after a few days (I'm 5'10"; if you are much taller, you will have to duck). There isn't an interior lounging area, which would make the flat feel small if it weren't for the sunroom overlooking the back garden; it isn't heated, but was comfortable enough with a sweater and/or blanket. It's a basement flat, so you will hear footfalls; however, the family above is not noisy. Candy is an extraordinarily kind and thoughtful host.

Candia was so kind ! she introduced great places to visit near the house and explained every details about the house she offered everything we need house was clean and cozy neighborhood was very calm and peaceful we had a really lovely time there :)

Wonderful location, friendly and welcoming host. Perfect place for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Clifton village, within walking distance of numerous coffee shops, bookshops and restaurants.

This small flat is quiet and well located for local facilities. It is very well equipped and was generously provided with food when we arrived. The weather was quite cold during our stay but the flat was always warm. Some helpful instructions/manuals were provided. The host was welcoming and very responsive to requests for information.
