Great location and on a lovely quiet road. Clean and fresh, and had everything we needed. But of a faff getting in as have to have an app and all got a bit confusing- but got there eventually. Would definitely stay again!

Very difficult check in. The company emailed 3 times, messaged and whatspped prior to arrival which I feel is excessive. In order to check it had to download an app and tick multiple check in questionnaires. The code sent was also unclear and never specified flat number. When I called to get physical key it took 1 hour before my call was returned. The staff on the phone seemed irritated that I had requested a key. I did so as didn't have a charger and my phone was running low on battery. The apartment was very noisy and could hear residents next door to an accessive level. 25 minute walk from Clifton. The apartment was clean and had a good bathroom. I would not stay here again.
