This 1-bedroom high spec apartment sleeps 4 guests comfortably in its king size and double sofa bed. A gorgeous kitchen and luxury bathroom complete with waterfall shower are just some of the apartments features to make your stay perfect. All its high-end furniture has been selected with your comfort in mind, as well as keeping some of the building’s original features. This beautiful detached Georgian house was originally an impressive family home built in 1870 and has now recently been developed into 8 luxury apartments and mews house. Each apartment has been creatively designed, including a fully equipped kitchen, top of the range bathroom and comfortable living area.

We had a fantastic stay for two nights. The apartment was lovely and clean and very well equipped. Have already recommended and would definitely stay again! Location was great. Thanks also for securing us a parking space - much appreciated.
Last minute booking and was exactly what it says on the tin. Slick and professional, unlike the original Air BnB we had booked to stay at. Near Clifton Downs which is a great place to be.

Limited off street parking available on request upon a first come first serve basis - strictly no parking on the drive unless you have been allocated a space.
Street parking is free from 5pm-9am on weekdays and is free on weekends.
Pay and display or Visitor parking permits needed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Permits available upon request for a fee)
The property has a bike shed where you are welcome to store your bike.
