Enjoy the history of this 1908 built house which was most recently remodeled in 2021. It is a registered cultural property in Silver City. As many original features as possible were left and are a beautiful juxtaposition to the new, modern decor. The house is mere blocks from the shopping and dining on Bullard street and not far from Western New Mexico University. This suite consists of a King bed, a small sitting area, and bathroom. Suite 3 is on the second floor and consists of a comfy King bed, a dresser and wardrobe for clothing, small sitting room for relaxing, microwave, mini fridge and full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a shared kitchen across the hall (shared only with other Airbnb guests). This is where you’ll find the coffee & tea bar, as well as a quaint bistro table and chairs to sit and enjoy your beverage of choice, and the view out of the corner windows. Or you can sit, relax and enjoy your morning cup of joe, or evening glass of wine, in the reading room/enclosed porch down the hall, while you take in the view of the neighborhood from the second story vantage point. Both the kitchen, and enclosed porch are shared, but they are only shared between guests staying in the Airbnb. Guests also have access to the spacious front porch, where you can sit back, relax, and watch the world go by! Feel free to enjoy the porch swing, or sit and rock in either one of the comfortable rocking chairs. This is a great spot to people watch, or enjoy the bike races during the annual Tour of the Gila!
