The place was not thoroughly cleaned. The front gate is dusty and it took the person-in-charge for check-in more 30 minutes to reply when I was waiting to check in at a time later than the supposedly check in time because he was out.. I have texted him immediately after payment so he got my number on WA and if he has placed the key there, he should inform and not make us wait.

Great value for the price paid. Unit looks fairly new so the rooms look fresh. Aircond in just the master bedroom, and fan in the other 2 rooms however, it didn’t feel hot. Fan strength was quite strong. The place had basic amenities - plates, cups, dustbins, towels, soap, hot water shower, standing steamer. Sink was just the standard metal material. The sponge wasn’t clean and had some insect droppings but it was alright for a one time use. Overall good stay and would come back for a short trip.

Was a quick stop to for business and we had a good enough rest. it was clean and most basic needs met.
