Cozy and luxurious two-room apartment (35.5m2) with a balcony, right by the Emajõgi River, less than 2km from the Tartu town hall square (walking 20-25min). Good location, a view of Emajõgi, the beach right across the street and a light traffic road. Built-in wardrobes, washer- dryer, a hair dryer and a hair straightener. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious food - refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, blender, kitchen utensils, etc. Free Wi-Fi and private parking space.

The place is really nice, clean, very quite, it’s not close to the city center, but for me it was a good distance for walking (10-15 min). The host responds fast, the instructions are very clear.

Perfect location near Emajõe beach, very clean and cozy space with a nice balcony. Convenient parking right in front of the door, and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended and worth the price!

Right by the Emajõgi River, less than 2km from the Tartu town hall square. Walkink 20-25min, driving 5-10min. The beach right across the street and a light traffic road in city center and out of city as well. Quiet area and lots of green space.
