Perfect place to stay in downtown Roanoke. Walkable to local restaurants, shops, and breweries. 10-20 minute drive from some the best hiking trails in the Smokey’s. The property itself gives a birds-eye view over Roanoke. Highly recommend!

312 2nd Street, or One City Plaza, is a historic building that has been renovated to be home of 2 Chill Restaurant, the White Room event hosting space, and 7 beautiful apartments with soaring 11-foot ceilings and magnificent views. This property is right off I-581 in the heart of downtown Roanoke putting you within walking distance to the city's most notable restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment. While you are set in the middle of the city life excitement, you’re also only a short drive away from beautiful Appalachian Hiking Trails, like McAfee’s Knob or Dragon’s Tooth.
One City Plaza is only a few blocks away from lots of public transportation; just a 6-minute walk from the Amtrak station and only a 5-minute walk from the Greyhound bus station. The Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport is a quick 9-minute drive up I-581. And if you feel like exploring the city in a more adventurous way? Rent a Lime or Bird scooter to cruise around the city streets.
