Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in der Villa die Kommunikation mit Richard ist top, das Haus sauber und der Pool top. Wenn man Ruhe sucht liegt die Villa top, das Meer und die nächste Taverne innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man muss allerdings vorher wissen, dass auf dieser Seite der Insel Recht wenig los ist... Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen super Aufenthalt und vielen Dank an Richard und sein Team

Maison récente, très bien conçue et nous étions une famille de 3 générations. Le logement supplémentaire, en contrebas (pour mon petit-fils de 2 ans et demi) avec son immense terrasse, était idéal pour son âge, compte tenu des nombreuses marches. Par contre pas de protection pour la piscine, donc énormément d’attention. Ce que nous pouvons déplorer, sachant sa venue et son âge, pas de proposition de lit-parapluie ! Également, aucun produit de base tel que sel/poivre, huile/vinaigre, un paquet de pâtes pour une arrivée tardive par exemple… ni bouteille d’eau (contrairement à notre seconde location actuelle). L’emplacement pour son paysage de montagnes, champs d’Olivier et mer est fantastique, et ce, vus depuis la maison. Avons apprécié la belle plage et surtout sans un surpeuplement touristique.

The house has changed since the photos were taken. The area around the pool has been paved over. The place is fine but would benefit from working Wi-Fi and something other than Polish TV channels (eg Netflix). The kitchen is fine but has no provisions like pepper, salt or oil. The front door was broken on arrival but fixed the day after we reported it. The pool is small but fun. It doesn’t matter because the sandy beach is very close and absolutely beautiful. There are good local cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Theo Villa was lovely. Six girlfriends stayed and we were all comfortable. The ground floor apartment had a lovely big shade area outside with a large table for lunches and a couple of soft seats for those who wanted time out of the sun. The pool was deliciously warmed by the sun, and the short walk to the beach meant morning dips for us in the sea. It’s a short walk to the local shop that has everything you need and the two nearby tavernas offer decent options for dinners. There was a bit of an issue with ants in the downstairs apartment but they knew about this already and you just have to make sure you clean up after yourself to keep them at bay! Unfortunately easyJet cancelled our outbound flight so we lost two days of our holiday. Agni villas were very responsive and ensured everything was in clean condition for when we did arrive. Highly recommend!

This is our favorite place to visit in Greece. It's the perfect spot for the beautiful mountain view and just a short 1 min walk and you are on the beautiful beach. The water is so clear and it's perfect for snorkeling. The restaurant Vatalos has the best food and the atmosphere is great and it's location on the beach is just 30 sec walk to the Airbnb. The private pool is exactly what our family needed and we could spent days just hanging out at the house. The AC in all the bedrooms is really nice too. We have been back 3 years in a row and really love this place. The people, the food and the privacy you get at this location just can't be beat.
