We were very comfortable in Lena’s House. The beds are very comfortable and there’s an AC in every bedroom which is a big plus. Total quiet and lovely country scenery. This is a 70 year old ranch house which has been somewhat updated but is very simple with none of the extra touches we have found in other houses. It is also not well stocked, and I’m not sure where a grocery store is. We brought our own food. Roxie and Sugar, the two dogs and Chester, the cat, were great fun. The location for exploring Badlands NP can’t be beat, just minutes from the visitor’s center.

We gave the property decent ratings because of 2 things. 1- Location- if you want to stay in the Badlands then this location is right in the Badlands. 2- The owner was quick to reply when we had questions. The negative side of the property is that several of the windows don’t lock and the back door doesn’t even close properly or lock. We had to pull the couch in front of it. The tub & bathroom sink didn’t look clean but it could’ve just been stained. We wore flip flops in the shower just in case.

Very convenient location when exploring Badlands National Park. Plenty of space for our party of 3. Quiet and beautiful location!

Courtney's home was exactly as she listed it. Adorable farmhouse feel. The surroundings were amazing! The sunsets spectacular! Loved her two small dogs! Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we only stayed one night so we didn't utilize the kitchen but looked great. The air conditioning in each room was a blessing with the 100degree heat.
