This place is fantastic. It exceeded my expectations. Kat was very friendly, flexible and quick to respond to any of my questions. She was accommodating for a few of my extra requests which I appreciated so much. The houses were spotless and anything you could need is readily available. The beds were very comfortable and I have never been at an Airbnb that had such soft fluffy bath towels. I would recommend this place to everyone (except then it might be booked when I want to come back!). My daughter enjoyed a graduation weekend that she will never forget and the accommodations had a lot to do with that. 5 stars are not enough stars.

Katrina and Patrick are exceptional hosts. After a mixup with our initial reservations (not their fault - AirBNB’s) they went above and beyond to rectify the mixup. Katrina and Patrick were extremely communicative & helpful with everything. The 2 houses are even more charming than they look in the photos. The beds were super comfy, the bedrooms are a generous size, the kitchen was well fitted out. We loved being able to spend time all together, and then our daughter and son in law loved having their own space to go back to in the evenings. Central location, found a couple of great cafes in downtown just a few minutes away and a great seafood restaurant in Arcata.

Our family of six LOVED our stay at this lovely home! The two units worked perfectly for my spouse to work during the day while the rest of the group was in the main house. The yard was great for our miniature schnauzer dog, bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and bedding, nicely decorated throughout, good internet, TV’s and board games. The home was well equipped with a wonderful kitchen appliances and washer and dryer! We cooked most of our meals here, but also enjoyed downtown Eureka for some meals “out”. Downtown is an easy 5 minute drive. There are great local shops within a 3 minute walk, for lots of hobbies our family enjoys, including a wonderful toy store, pet store, yarn and local gifts & chocolates store, and a Japanese market! The Redwoods National Park was a 30 min drive away, plus you are close to wonderful beaches in Eureka. Our family will definitely be planning a trip back to this home again in the future! Thank you Kat for a WONDERFUL family vacation!!!
