We had a small dog with us and this was a wonderful place for her with a nice private yard and a beach for her to walk on less than a 5 mins walk away. The cabin itself was great with everything we needed and Roland was a fantastic host giving us recommendations for food and the local fish market, we would definitely come back here again!

Our favorite part of this Airbnb was the picture window with such a pretty view to the large green lawn, creek, and trees! Easy walk across street to beach too. Roland was a gracious host and was available if needed.

Its a quaint little guest house thats been renovated to meet modern standards. Basic and clean. Its situated on a residential property with another guest house and an RV. The gravel access road runs passed it to the main road which you'd hear on a busy day with everyone visiting the beaches. It worked for us as a base to explore the local beaches which are a short 5 or ten minute walk away. The Crown and Anchor pub is a local pub with live music which we enjoyed. Theres also a pizza place close by and a well stocked convenience store nearby in case you didnt load up in Qualicum or Parksville. It suited our needs for our weekend stay and was perfect for having a dog.

The place was clean, well furnished, private, and in a fantastic location. Roland was an excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed!
