We were warmly welcomed by Punam and her family. Their hospitality and helpfulness stood out to us. They even bid us farewell with thoughtful gifts! The absence of nearby restaurants made the home-cooked meals convenient, especially when we wanted to stay in and chill. (BTW, they offer non-veg too.) On top of that, the hosts also arranged for all our transportation needs. Having a car turned out to be vital for the hilly terrain; no walking or public transit. As pictured, the serene and breathtaking view from the windows and terrace did not disappoint. Sipping on tea while taking in the vista was unforgettable. Miscellaneous: hot water is limited, so will need to pace showers accordingly. Read the listing carefully e.g. shampoo is not provided (but soap is). The mention of "heating" refers to heated beds (not rooms). Pro tip: you can book directly with Belmont Homes (outside Airbnb) for a cheaper rate.

The place is situated in very peaceful place, though little difficult to reach as the road is pretty steep, you should ask the owner to arrange a pickup for you via driver who knows well to drive on those kind of roads. Otherwise the place have good surrounding, beautiful tea gardens, nice food by owners, and really great hospitality. I enjoyed a lot staying there.

We had a pleasant stay at Belmont Homes. Punam and her Brother Nilam as well as their partners have hosted us very well. They provided very nice food and gave everything they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We felt warmly welcomed and even got some great advises for what to do and to see around this place. We'd come back at any times.

I can confidently say that this Airbnb experience stands out as one of the best I've ever booked. While the rooms and amenities were impressive, what truly made it exceptional was the host and their family. Their responsiveness and dedication to ensuring a memorable trip were unparalleled. Being hosted by such a sweet family during the New Year week was the cherry on top. We celebrated New Year's Eve together, creating unforgettable memories. Neelam's Sir wife's homemade food was incredible, and their gracious treatment of guests was remarkable. A big shoutout to the host's children, who were friendly and made us feel incredibly comfortable. In conclusion, it was the perfect stay, and I would love the opportunity to be hosted by them again. At last, I would like to thank Punam Di Bidan Da and Neelam Sir for running this great initiative!

Paid Rs 7.5k for 4 people. Now standard practice- more than 3 adults means 2 rooms. We went there and were given a tiny room, with two beds big enough only for one person (way smaller than a standard queen). Let alone that, 4 people in a hill station means at least 3-4 suitcases. We had barely enough space to keep the luggage, let alone open them! And to top it off, it had been communicated that we are travelling with a dog, and with the poor thing sleeping on the floor and the luggage taking the rest of the space, we had to walk across to the bathroom by walking on the two tiny joined beds! The road leading to the location is more like an off-road, not safe for non-local drivers. All this would have been fine, if they had not charged us as much as a five star for a room. When we addressed that they had grossly mislead us about the room, they asked for more money for another room.
