Have fun with the whole family at this cozy place! It's an inviting home away from home! Comfortable beds, reliable AC unit, high capacity water heater, and outdoor night lights on auto on/off setting around the newly decked pergola in the backyard. Natural gas cooking and heating. New washer and dryer, fridge and furniture. Extra fridge in the garage. 2-car garage with 4 compact vehicles accommodated in the driveway. Basic toiletries and coffee K-cups, sweeteners, tea, etc. are provided. It's a 3-BR home with 4 beds - 1 Queen bed suite in the Master BR (BR #1) that can accommodate 2 ppl or use extra twin air mattress for the 2nd guest, 2 double/twin beds in BR #2, 1 twin bed in the Office/BR #3. The house interior is 1,371 sq ft and lot size is 7,596 sq ft.
I hesitate to write this review only because Kristi's place is a GEM and I want it to be available any time I visit Kyle! :) Our family of 4 frequently books AirBnb's and this house is our favorite in recent years. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, small appliances, filtered water, a Keurig with cups, and the pantry had extras too like tea, ziplock bags, kid plates and cups etc. The bedrooms are comfy and quiet; the bathrooms were pristine! Loved the soap.. smelled delightful! We booked our stay to attend a wedding and I was even surprised to find a steamer for my dress to get the wrinkles out from packing! It was also very nice to have access to park our car in the garage during the stay. I would highly recommend Kristi's house to anyone that is traveling to Kyle - it's especially great for a family!
As I stated in a text to Kristi when we arrived, this was the nicest Airbnb single family house we have stayed in. It had everything we needed, was laid out well and was spotless. Kristi responded quickly to any questions we had. Reasonably close to COTA. We strongly recommend this location for anyone looking for a place in the Austin TX area.

We had the most incredible 2-night stay at this lovely house. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities really made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the surprise guest that greeted us in the backyard - a friendly bunny that hopped around and made multiple appearances throughout our time there. The kids were absolutely delighted and it added an extra special touch to our experience. Too bad he was scared of us. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing getaway. We hope to visit again in the future!
Quiet neighborhood in Post Oak Subdivision. Close to HEB, Target, Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Costco, CVS and Walgreens within 3-5 miles proximity and other retail stores and restaurants like Willie’s, Denny’s, IHOP, Applebees, Texas Pie Co, Taste of Main in Buda, etc.
Post Oak Subdivision is accessible from I-35 Frontage Road turn left into FM 150 then turn right on Old Post Oak Rd and veer left on Zarya then to Alpha. Guests are recommended to park in the house garage, driveway and on the street in that order, if space is available. The subdivision has an amenity center that includes a kids’ playground and a swimming pool but only accessible to owners. For long-term stays of 28 days or more, use of subdivision amenities can be arranged in advance.
