Three-bathroom house with master bath having a tiled rainfall shower and a separate jacuzzi. Huge living room, dining room, kitchen and patio deck. Showers each have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers filled. Plenty of towels. Smart TV's located in all the bedrooms and living rooms. Two garage bays (one currently unavailable summer 2023) and two washers and two drying machines with full supplies. Iron and iron board in laundry room. Two separate patio doors (one in master bedroom and one in the kitchen) access the same large deck on the rear of the house. Deck has BBQ grill, flat-top stone grill, and a smoker with all the fuels and utensils for each ready to go. Deck also has six-seat patio dining table set and an outdoor living room set. Very scenic backyard has no direct backdoor neighbor, a large flower garden, a running three-tier water fountain (seasonal), hammock, kids water toys, fire pit and large oak trees that provide great shade for the deck most of the day. Firewood stack onsite. Backyard has a 4-foot white picket fence that is secured for dogs to run around and play. External water toys are available upon request (pending weather and temperature. Available upon request to set up May - September). There are several bins of toys in the basement. Also, there are several dozen board games and puzzles for all ages in the house. Poker chip and Bingo set. There are also coloring books and crayons, a couple arcade games and a Nintendo Switch with several games. Full children's amenities available include: crib, two highchairs, a booster seat, two baby gates, an infant play chair, an infant play swing, two strollers (one simple and one a twin seater-- figure the extra seat for many could be used to help with shopping in the area). Only one garage bay is currently available until garage is finished and cleared out by Fall 2023 (last room that needs remodeled). Located in the heart of southern Leavenworth everything in town or Lansing is just a short drive away. Couple great parks and very nice city pool nearby. Lansing is a sister-city to Leavenworth and they have grown together. Leavenworth is the first city in Kansas and has a historic and envied downtown district highly shopped and active. Countless museums, festivals, and attractions in the general area, and of course, the unlimited things the greater Kansas City area has to offer! Legends Mall is a smooth 13-mile drive away. It has hundreds of activities, food venues, shops and more within the mall or just adjacent. Examples like: Hollywood Casino, Kansas Speedway, Cabala's, Nebraska Furniture Mart, KC Sporting Area, Children's Mercy Hospital, Frontier Justice, and many more.
