The house has ground floor entry however, please note that there are three floors within the property. From the living room, there are three large bifold doors leading out to a south-facing suntrap terrace perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! We are also equipped with an amazon Alexa so you can enjoy all your favourite music. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine should they need it, which is located behind a hidden door - Don’t worry we will show you where that is on your arrival! 1st Floor: On the first floor, you have three out of the four bedrooms, these rooms all have access to a large bathroom featuring a rainfall shower and a bathtub! The two bedrooms at the front of the house feature UK double beds on comfortable memory foam mattresses. The larger room to the rear of the property overlooks the garden through two large windows and features a king-size bed as well as a walk-in wardrobe area, for those of you that overpack like us! 2nd Floor: This floor is for the master bedroom. This bright bedroom features a king-size Emma mattress on a cottage-style bedframe, generous storage space as well as your own private bathroom, boasting a large rainfall shower. From this room, you will wake up to charming views of Arthur's Seat through the south-facing window.
