A wonderfully furnished modern interior and central location makes this an ideal stay if you are looking explore Ballarat and its surrounds in comfort. Lumin is a great host and very responsive to questions and we had an enjoyable stay there.

The house was perfect, set up with all you could need. Great coffee machine with beans supplied was a nice surprise as was the super comfortable home away from home feel of the entire place. Lumin was really responsive, made the entire stay thoroughly enjoyable. Great house, lovely location and very well set up.

What a beautiful house for our stay in Ballarat! Tastefully decorated and absolutely immaculately clean. Gorgeous linens and super comfy beds. Lumin provided us with excellent communication prior to our visit, and the house was well equipped to make yourself at home straight away, with a selection of tea, coffee and pantry essentials. Plenty of parking space and a lovely area to walk around. We will book again when we next go to Ballarat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
