LIVING AREA: The vast Living area is both massive and cozy. With the perfect blend of leather and plush, this Living area is a perfect place to host Family gatherings, Team meetings, as well as romantic getaways and more. A 75" smart TV flanks one end of the room and a massive fireplace anchors the other end, in the adjacent Breakfast Nook. BREAKFAST NOOK: Adjacent to the Living Area, this Breakfast Nook boasts a Large double sided Fireplace and hearth. This is where you can sit around the quaint family table, passed down for several generations now, and have your morning coffee and quietly watch the morning sunrise out the expansive wall of windows on the East side of the home. Read the paper, Do a devotion, Meditate, or just contemplate the goodness of the moment and the beginning of another blessed day. KITCHEN: This Gourmet Kitchen is custom designed and a dream come true. You will have full access to this Chef's Kitchen complete with a 9' X 5' black, leather granite Island and white quartz countertops, double ovens, 6 burner gas stove, drip coffee maker, microwave, and more. It is stocked with a Professional Kitchen Aid mixer, Pampered Chef blender, food processor, waffle iron, slow cooker, pots & pans, dishes, rolling pin, measuring cups, utensils and children's dinnerware. We have tried to think of everything you will need. FORMAL DINING ROOM: The Formal Dining Room holds a 10' Dining table with 8 Restoration Hardware Chairs. Between the Fireplace and the 2 story wall of Pella windows, there is not much else needed to take your breath away. This is dining at it's most beautiful. There is room for additional chairs to be added, if needed. We also have High-Chairs in the space, if needed for children. HALF BATH: Dark and Moody describes this little Half Bath that we added and hid under the stairs, directly beneath the Game Room. Our belief is, even the necessary can be beautiful. GAME ROOM: The Game Room is located in the upstairs loft. This is the only room on the second floor. This room is multifaceted. We have a 65" smart TV, a pool table, and a Queen-sized Murphy Bed, that comfortably sleeps 2. This is also where our dedicated work zone is located, overlooking the beautiful backyard out the 2 story floor to ceiling windows. "KID'S BEDROOM"/BEDROOM #1 : This bedroom is our Grand Babies Bedroom and they love it! This room is clean, airy and fun. The 3 Bedrooms on the main floor all have an exterior door that has a seating area outside. In this room you will find 2 Regular sized beds, made with organic cotton sheets, plenty of pillows of varying thickness and firmness and snuggly blankets to wrap yourself in to sleep like a baby. We also have blackout shades, box fan (upon request), a baby crib and some toys that our kids would love to share with yours. This closet will be available to our Guests. This room shares the Guest Bathroom with Bedroom #2. "GUEST BEDROOM"/ BEDROOM #2 : This spacious bedroom is in the back of the home. Again, it has it's own exterior door, with a small seating area outside. This room has an amazing Queen bed, with organic cotton sheets, weighted blanket, varying pillows to choose from, a rocker, a dresser available for you, and more. We have made it a priority to get high quality mattresses and coverings for each room, as we know a good night's sleep can make or break a getaway for you. Although this closet will be locked, as it is an "Owner's Closet", we will have a clothing rack available for you to hang your clothes on and a dresser available to fill, if you so choose. This room also has it's own entrance to the Guest Bath. GUEST BATHROOM: This Bathroom has a large shower with a rain fall shower head with multiple functions, as well as a bluetooth system built in. You will not want to leave this shower for days. We stock each shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you prefer to bring your own, we have inset shelving for your products in each shower. We also have a basket with a few of the necessities for your convenience, in case you forget something. LAUNDRY: The Laundry has a working washer and dryer that will be available to you. We will have some tide pods and fabric softener sheets available for you to use. They will be setting out for you. Please feel free to use the iron, ironing board, spot treatment or the wool dryer balls, if you should need them. However, we ask that the other items inside the cabinets be left alone, as these are our personal items and we will not be removing them. PRIMARY BEDROOM: The Primary Bedroom features a high end King size, adjustable bed, with organic cotton sheets, varying pillows, and comfy blankets that will have you snoring in no time. This room comes with it's own 70" smart TV, and an elliptical machine. It also has exterior doors and a seating area outside to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. We also have light blocking drapes for this room. Each room may have a box fan upon request. The closet in this bedroom will be locked and NOT available for Guests. However, we will have luggage racks, as well as, hanging racks for your needs. So, no fear, we have you covered. We have tried to think of everything. PRIMARY BATHROOM: This is one of our favorite rooms. It is majestic. With a gigantic shower, boasting Dual Rain Fall Shower Heads w/ multiple functions, Dual Body Sprayers, Bluetooth Speakers, His and Her vanities and Dual sinks, Water closet for privacy, and a glorious Soaker Bathtub that is absolutely divine, you may never leave. OUTDOORS: Watching the sun set from the Church Pew on the Front Porch across the expansive front yard, to the wooded tree line back through the creek, there is plenty of room to run, jump, stretch out and play. Play corn hole, eat a relaxing dinner on the back patio, swing in our Boho swings while your best Chef uses the Black Stone Grill to whip up his or her best dinner. The kids can play on the play set or jump on the trampoline. There's even room to throw up a volleyball net, if you want to bring one. There is room to stretch out and enjoy the great outdoors on this 5 acres. ENTERTAINMENT: We offer free, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV's, a game room with Tic Tac Toe and a Pool Table, as well as several board games for your Friends and Family to play. Outside, we have the kid's play set with swings, slide and playhouse, as well as a trampoline and corn hole (upon request). Please let us know at time of booking if you would like the corn hole game left out on the back porch for you, as we typically keep it put away until we want to play with it, so it doesn't get weathered. HALL CLOSET: The Hall Closet is available to our Guests. This is stocked with extra sheets, blankets and pillows, board games, books, flashlights, first aid items, a space heater...for the one inevitable family member that is always cold ;), sunscreen, bug repellent, a pack n play, extra toilet paper and a few other odds and ends, for your convenience. AREAS THE RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE: Because this is our Family Home, there will be a few places locked up with our personal belongings. The Pantry/Mudroom, The Garage and the Bedroom above the Garage will NOT be accessible to Guests. We will also have the Guest Bedroom Closet and The Primary Closets locked as "Owner's Closet's". We also have a Barn that will NOT be included (The black building out in front of the home). This is home to our Family Business Equipment. Depending on the time of rental, our employees may need to come on the property to pick up or return equipment for the day. However, we will never come into the house and we will always do our very best to be as quiet as possible, as to not disturb your stay at the Farmhouse. PARKING: There is plenty of Parking on the concrete driveway and the gravel driveway leading up to the house. We ask that you Please do NOT block access to the Black Barn Garage Doors, as our employees will be needing in and out of the shop building occasionally. Please refrain from parking on the grass, if possible. Again, there is NO Garage access.
