The location and space was good for our large group. The accommodations were fine overall, though the property shows marks of moving a lot of people in an out. The stairwell was pretty scuffed up, and the furniture is more a mix and match vs the streamlined, polished look in the photos. Some mattresses are comfy; some are not. Our biggest concern was with a lack of contact from "Alison". We booked the entire building, and up to 10 hours before check-in she hadn't provided check-in instructions or responded to numerous DMs or texts from me. We only received a response after contacting Airbnb to troubleshoot and were told someone else was our contact. We never heard from Alison. We were also told we had the entire building, but someone was coming in and out of one unit on the property; we don't know who this was and why we weren't told about it. In the end this property served our needs, but we wouldn't book it again.

This was perfect for our large group! We had 5 units and having 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms was a huge plus for us! Thanks for having us Alison !

We used this place to house 8 families—some with children for a family reunion. Each family group was pleased with the layout and accommodations.
