The guest suite is self catering, it’s all ground floor level so no stairs or steps. Has an open plan kitchen / lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, the lounge has a smart tv. On arrival there is some complementary coffee, tea, sugar, milk and biscuits. The dining table can also be used for Work space. The guest suite has one bedroom which has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom which has a walk in shower. There are double patio doors in the lounge leading onto your private patio area which have stunning views of the countryside and the meadowlands. The guest suite has a charcoal BBQ on the private patio area that you can use, please note that charcoal isn't supplied. The guest suite has its own private front door. The guest suite is dog friendly so you're welcome to bring your dog / dog's ( maximum 2 ) please do not leave your dog / dog's unattended. please note there is a small lake close to the guest suite which isn't fenced off. Also the property isn't 100% fully fenced all round the property. Parking on site is free, you will have your own parking area which is situated right next to the guest suite, which comfortably fits two cars. You won’t be sharing the guest suite with anyone, you will have the guest suite all to yourself.
