A newly-completed, gorgeous modern seaside villa with private pool, all the toys and an amazing private chef. Over 5,000 sf of indoor air-conditioned space boasting 5 ensuite bedrooms all with King-Sized beds. This is not a party house, but a quiet stretch of the peninsula with full-time neighbors and gorgeous outdoor space with a private pool just steps from Caribbean Sea… As you're ushered through the front doors your eyes will be drawn all the way through the open-concept main level to the view of the Caribbean. To the right, your first ensuite bedroom. Next is the comfortable gathering area with a 75" flat screen across from the ten-foot island that will be a sure-place to come together in the kitchen. Beyond the island is a massive dining table under two striking chandeliers and a convenient powder bath to freshen up. The main level also boasts a huge bedroom with pool and sea views and an en-suite tub, shower, double vanity with a bonus outdoor shower! Head up the stairs to the upper level and you'll pass under a contemporary light-piece with crystal balls suspended 10 feet from the ceiling. The second level offers a great hang-out area for adults or kids alike... a full-size ping pong table, flat screen TV and half-bath are all found here. Three en-suite bedrooms are found on this level, two "junior suites" overlooking the ocean and pool, each with their own indoor/outdoor showers. A front balcony and complimenting huge seaside balcony will draw you outdoors. Just when you think it can't get any better... take the spiral staircase to the covered rooftop lounge area to enjoy the 360 views of the Caribbean for miles, lagoon, and the sun setting over the Mayan Mountains. The back of the house is the Spot where you'll spend most your time deciding between being IN the large private pool with swim-up barstools or ON the pool deck with shaded areas to lounge and sunny areas to bronze. A sunken pergola-covered lounge area is the perfect place to socialize, or you can take a few steps to some solitude on the white-sand beach and dip your toes in warm Caribbean water (or enjoy one of the complimentary paddle boards or sea kayaks!). When you've had enough relaxing, a little pool volleyball and some beach tunes on the supplied Bluetooth stereo may be just what you're ready for!

WOW! This place is amazing, the epitome of luxury. This was truly the vacation of our dreams. Travelling as a group of 9, we had everything we needed and more. This house is immaculate with all the amenities. The onsite staff are truly incredible. It was so nice to have Juan (the chef) prepare our meals, accommodating our dietary needs. There is nothing we could have asked more of and will certainly be back.
Top line, everything about this place was perfect and I could not recommend it enough. We went for a 40th birthday with 4 couples and enjoyed every moment of our time here. Honestly, you never need to leave the property to have an incredible vacation (though we did and found the location to be a great kick off point for exploring the area). The house has everything you need, the pool and beach area were incredibly well maintained, the staff (Chef Juan, Kelly and Marvin) were extremely friendly and accommodating. We all felt right at home (and did not want to leave). Tiffany (Host) was incredibly proactive in communicating everything we needed to know about our stay, including setting up transportation from the airport, getting us hooked up with great excursions (we did snorkeling, fishing and the monkey river tour) and helping us get an additional golfcart rented and delivered to the house. All in all, the entire experience of renting this property was lovely and seamless.
Amazing place to stay. We were welcomed to the house by Kelly the house manager with a cocktail. While swimming on the secoond day Marvin (grounds keeper) gave us coconuts to drink the water out of. The space, inside and out is gorgeous. Being able to use the golf cart was a game changer. We had John (chef) cook for us three days plus breakfast on the day we left, and dinner of lobster day we arrived. I now want my own personal chef :). Cannot say enough good things about out experience. Tiffany was super easy to communicate with and patient when I could never find the emails she sent me. Would stay here 100 more times!

The Golden Spot was amazing! In spite of the weather (it rained the entire 6 days we were there) we enjoyed the beautiful villa. A huge thank you to Juan, Kelly, and Marvin who completely took care of us during our stay. Juan’s culinary creations were delicious and Kelly went above and beyond - especially the fresh flower centerpieces for our anniversary dinner. What a beautiful home!
