P'Tite Côte Cottage in Cap-Pelé is the closest property (first lot!) next to the beach at the end of the lane on Allée P'Tite Côte. So close, you can hear the waves and smell the coastal breeze. The cottage has an older cottage charm and is very spacious with an enclosed sunroom partially surrounding it. The lot is treed all the way around to offer privacy. It has all that you need for your whole family and friends to relax and enjoy your vacation. Live the cottage/beach life at it's best! Entering the property from the front porch, you will walk into the main entrance and be welcomed by a small sitting area. To your right is the enclosed sunroom that spans along the front (entrance side) and side (beach side) of the property. From the main entrance, if you continue straight, you will enter into the dining/kitchen area which is in the very middle of the cottage. On the left of the dining room is the living room, which can be used as a bedroom as there is a sofa bed and double door that can be shut. The kitchen is after the dining room. We have kitchen items and necessities stored in the cabinets and in the back of the small bar-top. If you continue into the hallway, to your left will be the first and second spare bedrooms; the first has a double size bed, and the second has a bunk bed (both twin-size mattresses). In the second bedroom, there are also laundry facilities. There are towels and other necessities stored in the cabinets above the washing machine. At the end of the hall is the bathroom with a stand-up shower. At the end and on the right of the hallway is the master bedroom. The master has a queen-size bed and it also has access to the other end of the enclosed sunroom via a separate door. From the sunroom on the side (facing the beach) of the property, you will have access to another patio with a BBQ and a patio set with chairs. There is lots of space for kids to play in the yard!
