Such a lovely stay here. The staff were outstanding, very professional and always friendly. We stayed for 4 nights and received some great benefits such as a free lunch/ dinner and a floating breakfast in the pool which was beautifully prepared. (We didn't use access to a beach club but this was also included). Breakfast was included and fruit, bread and pastries were given in addition to your meal- very filling! We rented mopeds from here and it was the first place that asked for licenses (you had to have a full motorbike licence to be able to rent a scooter) and it was nice to know it was legit. We didn't use the spa facilities but there was a huge choice of services. The location was around 10 minutes from Ubud centre on a scooter and this would take longer in a car but Go-jek app bikes are super cheap, easy and reliable to order. There are some smaller shops and stalls within walking distance but we always went into town. A nice big TV in the room and a lovely bath/shower area :)

The stay itself was good, was clean and staff were very helpful and attentive to whatever we asked! Location was secluded to “main” area of Ubud but we did know this before booking, you will need a driver or hire a scooter. We thought it would be easier to walk to Ubud markets, we were wrong, but that’s no fault of the Airbnb. It’s just a little out of the way.
