My recent stay at this Airbnb hotel surpassed my expectations on all fronts, I was greeted with a sense of warmth and hospitality. The host had communicated all necessary instructions beforehand, making check-in a breeze. Upon entering the space, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness and modern design. Every detail seemed carefully curated to provide a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was a haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of meetings and work. The workspace was, well-appointed, with ample lighting and a comfortable chair, making it easy to stay productive during my stay.The location of the hotel was another highlight. My recent stay at this Airbnb was highly disappointing. Despite coming all the way from the UK to visit friends, I encountered unexpected obstacles with the host. They refused to allow my friends to visit, and when I requested, they demanded extra payment, which we found unreasonable and declined. Moreover, the condition of the facilities was far from satisfactory. The shower was in a terrible state, and there were no toiletries provided. The bathroom itself was in poor condition, which made the overall experience even worse. I deeply regret booking my stay at this property. The unwelcoming attitude of the host and the subpar facilities made for an unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this Airbnb to others.

The room is ok for an individual male to stay for a night if you reach here correctly. The place is more dominant with Customers to the bar instills a sense of caution. Easy approachable to IT Park, and ATM and Restaurant accessible nearby. No Toiletries provided, had to ask. No instructions in room to reach the reception. Couldn't find out if there was a restaurant. Plates uncleared in open areas. stinking smell in wash basin tap. Bath tap has Earthing, causes slightly unsafe to use. Bathroom is untidy. Location saved in app is 17kms away and leads nowhere to a crowded gully.

Was not as described in AirBnB. Table and chair were missing. Bathroom was messy with stagnant water, leak in faucets and even the latch was broken. Ants all around the place. The hotel management boys were a real pain. Were very unresponsive to open the front door at 8:30 AM and had to wait for at least 10 minutes calling for someone to respond on my entire stay. Parking was OK however the downstairs liquor store had plenty of bike movements and had a struggle to take the car out.
