Welcoming, clean and comfortable double room in Victorian terraced home, a few minutes walk to the infamous Penny Lane in South Liverpool where you will also find shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. A friendly, safe and quiet neighbourhood, with free on street parking, 10 minutes drive from the motorway, airport, and city centre, and with excellent bus/ public transport links only a few minutes walk away, it is the perfect location to explore all that Liverpool culture has to offer. A few minutes walk to Penny Lane, the space is bright, clean, warm, and welcoming, with an original cast iron fireplace in the communal reading lounge where guests can relax. Kitchen and bathroom are fitted and with instant hot water. Central heating is controlled by a box located in the communal landing. With your own keys all rooms lock from both inside and out, and the house has a courtyard for you to enjoy.

房间非常温馨，所有的东西都很整齐，房间还很贴心的准备了洗浴用品还有咖啡和小饼干。她非常热情，还有一只可爱的小猫，虽然没有很长时间呆在那，但是她给我像家人一样的感觉。

Caroline was a great host. Really friendly and helpful. the house is really cosy and Caroline provided lots of extras such as tea, coffee, bread for toast, snacks. The house is close to shops and restaurants and its easy to get a bus into the City Center.

Lovely sought after area by Penny Lane in South Liverpool. A 3 bedroomed clean and comfortable home that has a park view from the front of the house, and a private courtyard to the rear. The property is really close to to some lovely bars, restaurants and shops, yet it's still a nice quiet neighbourhood. Free weights and yoga mats are available at the property for you to use; the park, only 2 minutes walk away, has a 5K marked out for any runners out there :), and there is a public gym/pool/leisure centre at the other end of the park, about 10 mins walk.

Centrally located with direct bus route to city centre, bus stop is a few minutes walk away, journey to city centre takes approx. 10-15 minutes. Motorway and airport are 10-15 minutes drive, the property has free on street parking, and with many local taxi services available alongside Uber, getting around should be easy. The local park is a minutes walk away, it's a lovely park, and the infamous Penny Lane is 5 mins walk.

Generous sized bright double rooms opposite park and five minutes walk from Penny Lane, Liverpool. 10-15 mins drive to city centre, airport and motorway, excellent local transport links. Quiet area, many local bars and restaurants. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and lounge, outside courtyard, fully alarmed, on street parking, dedicated work space and WiFi, close to all amenities, city centre and airport.
