Jessica is a delightful and flexible host. She cares a lot about making the stay comfortable. This location is roughly 30 minutes south of PSU stadium and an affordable place to stay for football games if price stays stable. We were very happy to have family stay here during graduation weekend. It is nice to have a place with 2 bedrooms. This is a duplex, so make sure if you plan to be up late after a game that you ask Jessica questions. We do not think the other side is an Airbnb, so this is helpful and it was very quiet. It os helpful to look up the address on satellite to make sure you can find it if gps does not pull it up.
