We are obsessed with this beautiful apartment! I can't wait to come back. Everything about it was as described and even more wonderful. The size for our group -- five adults -- was perfect. The location was beyond fantastic. Right downstairs is an excellent family restaurant (Cheers), a wine bar, and a panini shop. There is a great cafe across the street, and a large market around the corner. A beautiful park across the street and the harbor a couple blocks away. The Kalsa neighborhood is so lively and beautiful. And the apartment itself is stunning. Large rooms, gorgeous windows that open onto a large tree with views across roof tops. And the furnishings are so romantic and charming. The host was the most friendly and helpful we have met on our trip around Sicily. I feel we are friends now! Highly recommend. I will return to Palermo just to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Great location. We had a wonderful stay. Some comments that might be useful: - Friday night was noisy till past midnight from the bars and restaurants, the other nights were fine after 11pm. - Not all the beds were made up - so on our first night we had to wait till late for Mole to come round and make up the beds for us. - There is only 1 bathroom - not 1.5… - Also there is no parking on premises - If you park near the apartment, you have to pay an inner city charge of €5 per day, on the days your car is used/moved. You have to buy a ZTL card and send text to activate.

What a beautiful palace! Right in the center of things yet perfectly quiet and serene. The architecture and decorations are outstanding. I spent time just marveling at the ceiling. Parking was a bit tough but I was helped with my bags and getting settled in. would come back here in a heartbeat!

This is the perfect place for a stay in Palermo! The apartment is stunning and in the best location-- right near lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. That being said, it could get a bit loud at night. But for a group of friends traveling together, it was ideal. Luigi was friendly and responsive, making us very comfortable. It is also in a good location for driving into Palermo and parking if you will have a car. Couldn't ask for a better spot for our Palermo vacation!
