Nancy and Jeff are excellent hosts. They are great communicators, responsive, kind, and thoughtful. I’ve spent a few months at their place and it has been wonderful for a long-term stay. Kitchen is fully equipped and overall the spot is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

I had a great time staying at this studio! The hosts were very kind and helpful. If there is ever an issue they are willing to help. The place was clean as well, with the necessary equipments for living already provided. The location was awesome, as it was quiet and non-disturbing that I had no problems studying and sleeping at this studio. Overall, it was pleasure staying at this wonderful studio!

Things here are 'next level'. To wit : that studio kitchen sink ~ whoa ! Hosts have designed it just. so : -perfect size -single facet with hose & garbage disposal - press on/ off w button -there's actually a stainless rack that sits an inch off the floor of the sink : you can set a dirty cup on the rack/ work on it, while water flows underneath. __ First thought : 'This place is cleaned organically.' [plus : pesticide-free]. --- The studio is well insulated; feels like a standalone. --- New : Shower/ sink/ commode; good. choices!! --- The safety of this place is exceptional : 'safe clean, and peaceful'. --- Location : a hidden gem/ just down the road from one of the most iconic beaches on the planet. --- This studio would work well for : tech workers/ creative and creative management; singer-songwriter (acoustic instruments). __ enjoy; i sure did 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

Nancy and Jeff are wonderful hosts who are very responsive and friendly. During my month-long search for a house, I had an unforgettable stay at this wonderful studio. The experience was enriched by the beautiful garden and charming dogs that added a delightful touch to the atmosphere, while the friendly neighbors made me feel completely at home. The location's safety made my walks a true pleasure. Not only did everything live up to its advertisement, but it far surpassed my expectations. The tranquil, clean, and secluded environment made it the temporary ideal stay. Without a doubt, I recommend this place to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.
