Welcome to the The Black Pearl, a cozy and unique guest suite located right on the waters edge of Dyes Inlet. Moor your boat just off-shore at private buoy. The Black Pearl sits on our multi-unit property, the Funky Monkey, and invites you to indulge in a shared escape like no other. Beach access is just steps away, where you can spend your day sun bathing, clam digging, kayaking and paddle boarding. Traveling with a group? Check out our sister property; The Waterwheel Beach Suite. The Black Pearl is situated within the beautiful multi-unit Funky Monkey property. Our guests have access to all of our shared property amenities, including multiple patios, a beachside fire pit, and beach access with kayaks and paddle boards, while still enjoying the privacy of their own space. The guest suite itself features a spacious living room, a comfortable king-size bed, and full kitchen with all the essentials you need to cook your own meals. The large yard, patio and waterfront offers stunning views of the property and the surrounding area, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

Perfect for a romantic getaway!
Had such a lovely stay at this peaceful beach house! I loved that Adrienne included local restaurant recommendations and had cookies waiting for us when we checked in. That was such a nice touch. Great spot!!!
This is the most romantic and luxurious Airbnb me and my boyfriend have stayed at, and at a great price! Right as you arrive, the scenery is already so beautiful. Once you enter (it’s a smart-lock, we didn’t have to worry about carrying keys!), you’ll feel right at home. The kitchen is small but did not hold me back from preparing full meals everyday (we saved a lot of money by not eating out for every meal). The bathroom has amazing lighting for getting all pampered and ready. The outside amenities were top-tier, although if that’s something you really want to utilize, plan with the weather! If you’re a caffeine addict like I, there is a coffee machine in the room, but also a very lovely walk/drive up coffee joint up the street. It’s a great half mile walk to start your day with. The ferry terminal is about a 15-20 minute drive if you’re planning on visiting Seattle. Adrienne&Matt were very kind and responsive, but also gave us 100% privacy throughout our stay.

Getting around the neighborhood is easy with your own vehicle. Parking is available for guests right on the property. And if you want to explore the area without driving, there are ride-sharing services available in the area and bike paths. The Washington state Terry terminal is 7.4 miles from the house, making access to downtown Seattle a breeze!
