I do not recommend this house. The house itself is good enough, nothing to complain about there. However, the landlord makes the experience uncomfortable. He is very petty and has many rules. For example, if you check in late, you must pay 15 euros per person, and even if you are responsible for your friend's check in, you must pay for both, which is very unfair. Additionally, Lker does not provide receipts for these extra charges. It's not just us in the house; Lker's friends are also there. He asks us to keep quiet so as not to disturb his friends' rest, but his friends can get up at 3 a.m. to make popcorn. Although this isn't a big issue, Lker is very stingy. We used about 15ml of Lker's olive oil and one coffee capsule (note: just one), and he demanded we compensate him with a new bottle of oil and a box of coffee capsules. Furthermore, during the three days of our stay, Lker sent me daily messages with various demands, which was very annoying. So I don‘t recommend this apartment.

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia en el piso de Iker! El piso fue totalmente limpio y teniamos todo lo que necesitabamos. La comunicación de Iker fue fantástica y nos dió recomendaciones geniales! El y su compañero de piso fueron muy amables.

Iker ha sido muy majo, flexible, y super acogedor. Tanto dándonos buenas recomendaciones, como dejándonos mucha libertad de usar el piso con tranquilidad y privacidad. La verdad es que todo muy bien. La ubicación también es inmejorable, muy tranquila. Nosotros repetiríamos seguro con él!

Iker was a great host, sending me local recommendations, and giving me clear instructions on how to access the apartment when I arrived much later than initially planned. Super host!

Estuvimos un total de dos días y nos pareció genial el sitio, buenas vistas, todo limpio. No podíamos pedir mas para el tiempo que estuvimos. Totalmente agradecidos.
