Set on a peaceful quiet countryside holiday estate with around 180 privately owned bungalows. Perfect for families and couples, the estate has a private beach (3 mins walk from the front door), children's play park, crazy golf, pitch and putt, gym trail, football pitch and grass tennis courts. Free parking on the site including directly behind the bungalow, with EV charging (7Kw) available onsite.
Colwell Bay and its beachfront cafes are 10 mins walk along the beach, and Fort Victoria is 30 mins walk through the Country Park - directly accessed from the site. There are two cafes at Fort Victoria along with some attractions and gift shop. Yarmouth (including the ferry terminal) is 5 mins drive away with some lovely pubs and restaurants, and Freshwater Village is also 5 mins away with a large Tesco, coffee shops and local amenities.

Parking is free onsite including directly behind the bungalow or using the site's main car park which is a few paces from the front door.
The site is perfectly placed to explore the Isle of Wight, with nothing too far away. Yarmouth including its ferry terminal is 5 mins drive away and has a host of great pubs and restaurants. The popular Freshwater Bay is also 5 mins drive away. Fort Victoria is 30 mins walk direct from the site through the country park, or 2 mins drive, and has two really good cafes. Golden Hill Fort country park is also in walking distance.
Colwell Bay is 10 mins walk along the beach and has a great cafe which we use often, along with The Hut which is very popular. 10 mins further along the promenade is Gotland Bay with our fav restaurant The Waterfront.
