Ayan has been a very good host. The instructions mentioned before booking the Airbnb were pretty clear. He was also very responsive during our entire stay.

Excellent host! Very responsive! I had an incredible time staying at this Airbnb with my bf for a week. I loved that the light rail Transit was only a few blocks away. Short ride on the path to get to NYC. The rooms were perfect, clean, and coffee is available in the morning, which I loved. The whole experience was amazing! If I ever visit NYC again I will stay here. Thank you so much for an incredible stay. Highly recommend!

Ayan was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions I had prior to booking even though it was last minute. He was accommodating of my check-in time which is rare, provided step-by-step instructions and the place matched the description online. Overall, a very good find for the price!

Ayan was super responsive the whole time, super easy to communicate whenever we had a question! Easy to commute to the city on the tram and the subway, just make sure you give yourself 60-90 minutes to get into town depending on where you go! The place was very clean and the others guests that stayed were very nice. It is a small house and sometimes you can hear other people so just be mindful to be considerate of noise levels.
