We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the lake! The views from the balcony are STUNNING and the condo was clean and spacious. Shaun was proactive and very helpful in making sure we knew all details for check in, accommodations, local recommendations, and check out. We will definitely be back!

We certainly enjoyed our stay at FLX Lake Life. The condo has a breathtaking view of Canandaigua Lake, updated furnishings, very clean and well stocked. Shaun was very responsive if needed. All in all, a very enjoyable and peaceful long weekend. We will be sure to return in the future!

I booked this condo for Labor Day weekend with my husband, mom, and sister. There was plenty of room for all of us, the view of the lake was beautiful, and we spent a whole day relaxing at the beach, which was private access for just residents of the condos. It was a bonus that the kitchen was stocked with any pots, pans, and utensils you may need, so we were able to cook for ourselves each day. Shaun was very responsive to any questions that we had. It was only twenty minutes away from CMAC, where we went to a concert. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Shaun’s apartment in August 2023. The location is peaceful (~1hr 10min to the Letchworth and Watkins Glen State Parks). The view is amazing and we enjoyed meeting the sun every morning from 2 balconies that face the Canandaigua lake. The check-in was easy. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked as the closest town is ~20min drive). The dining table is big enough if you need to set your computer and work. The private beach, which is accessible by an elevator, is small but very nice (with tables and lounge chairs). There are no beach umbrellas, so bring your own (the sun stays on the beach from sunrise until ~4-5 pm). The lake is refreshing (water shoes are recommended). You can find the beach towels in the apartment. Hand soap, dishwashing soap and pods for a dishwasher are provided. Shampoo, lotion and body wash are in tiny bottles like you get in a hotel, so if you need extra bring your own. There are plenty of towels. Lovely place.
