This property does have an active ring doorbell for guest and host security. The space is nicely decorated and comfortable. There is sleeping accommodations for two extra guests, for a total of five. There is side parking, large enough for boats, desert toys or RV. two bedrooms come equipped with king beds and extremely comfortable bedding. Both rooms and living area has smart TV's. All guests must log into the applications with their own accounts or enjoy the free channels offered. The back yard features a propane grill, covered patio, seating area as well as lounge chairs for a relaxing time poolside. Long Term stays welcome: If your stay is longer that 7 days you have the option of requesting cleaning every week for an additional cleaning fee. You can wash essential items such as towels, linens, kitchen towels, etc. or they can be changed out with the weekly cleaning service option. If your stay is longer than 14 days, you can contact the host for mailbox keys and details. Cleaning supplies & Laundry are located in designated laundry area, under kitchen sink and bathroom sink (help yourself to anything you need during your stay). Laundry is open to all guests, including laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Trash and Recycle: The service is performed every Friday. If your stay includes a Thursday night, please move the recycle and trash bin to the curb for pick up in the morning. Pool Service: This service is performed every Tuesday and Thursday. Please be advised that the technician will enter the backyard through the gate and leave upon completion of the service. Please do not leave children of any age unattended in the pool. Any accidents or unfortunate events that n the pool or spa due to failure to follow this, the owner/host or airbnb will not be liable. Spa usage is not safe for children under 5 years old use the spa. Please follow these steps for spa. Press the heater button 2 hours before use. The jets can be turned on by pressing the button labeled jet pump. Lights can be accessed by pressing the lights button. Please follow the same steps to turn off. Do not touch any of the pool equipment on side of home as everything you need for spa is automatically turned on by following the above steps. Please note: if children at any age use the spa, they must be supervised by an adult.
