This villa features a kitchen, living area, games room, dining area and flat-screen satellite TV. The property has a garden, spacious balconies and a terrace with barbecue facilities. There is a fully equipped swimming pool, which can be heated for a supplement of 20€ per day.

Thanks for a great week here at your villa in Puerto Calero, it was perfect location for our break away.. It is a beautiful villa, very peacefull location with a relaxing atmosphere. "Puerto Calero" is one of the most exclusive tourist areas of Lanzarote and at the same time elegant, safe and quiet. It has a beautiful marina and many restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal overlooking the luxurious marina. Exclusive nightclubs and a wide range of nautical and land-based leisure activities will make your holiday an unforgettable memory.
The Villa is only 0.9 km from the centre and within a few minutes walk you find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and leisure facilities. Ample parking right in front of the house. Puerto del Carmen is only 4.2 km, 5 minutes by car. Playa Blanca is 13 km away. Lanzarote airport is 10 km away. In general it is one of the favourite areas of our clients.
