The property is situated on a smallholding with security fencing and an electronic gate system. It provides the perfect break away from the city’s hustle&bustle and guarantees electricity 24/7! It is is located within 6km from central Stellenbosch and less than 2km from popular wine estates such as Neetlingshof, Asara and Jordan Wine farm. Don’t let it slip! The apartment is a spacious open plan set up with a double bed, lounge and kitchenette which leads to a large outside patio and BBQ area. The bathroom is private with a bath, separate shower and toilet facility.

We had a wonderful week at Dorita's place. Located on a beautiful farm, great place for nature lovers and also very close to Stellenbosch. Probably the most equipped airbnb I have ever stayed at, the place has everything you need. Will definitely recommend it!

Goed verblijf gehad bij Dorita. Ligging van het huisje is echt top! Je bent binnen 10 minuten in het centrum van Stellenbosch. Dorita reageert altijd snel en is vriendelijk!
Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr sicher gefühlt. Auch die ruhige Lage ausserhalb der Stadt hat uns gut gefallen. Trottdem war alles bequem zu erreichen, egal ob Supermärkte oder Weingüter. Haben uns auch immer gefreut, wenn uns die beiden Schäferhunde auf der Terrasse besucht haben. Gut war auch, dass wir dort unabhängig von load shedding waren. Würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

The small holding are situated within a 2km radius of three very popular wine estates. It is surrounded by neighbouring small holding properties.
The property is within 6km from the Stellenbosch center. A private vehicle is recommended,although an Uber can also be used to get access to the town center. We recommend the local vine hopper to be booked via adventure center to join a hop-on-hop-off wine tasting experience. E-bike tours come highly recommended to explore the surrounding area.

My husband and I have two children aged 8 (girl) and 11 (boy). When I am not working in my profession as occupational therapist and neuroCoach, I am an innovator, gardener and musician in the making while my husband fulfils his growing responsibility as entrepreneur in the world of sustainability and renewable energy. We're outdoor people and enjoy nature in general, bird watching, hiking and all that it has to offer. Our property embraces what we enjoy about nature in more ways than one. The lush vegetation, small olive orchard, cape fynbos and vegetable garden is a wonderful escape from the daily hustle and bustle. We are hoping that whomever decides to pay a visit will experience the peace and quiet that this small holding has to offer in all its serene simplicity.
