Such a lovely home! Better than I could have imagined. Cosmas and the host on site, Kris, were both fabulous and so helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you want an affordable trip to Saint Lucia. We had a rental car and it was so easy to get to so many places from the house. Had everything we needed at the house and more.

This was my first time to visit the Caribbean and Saint Lucia struck me as a great place to start the experience. I was 100% thrilled with the entire trip. Our host, Cosmas couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. He contacted me right away and was in contact with me up to and throughout the trip. His suggestions were amazing and I believe we saw parts of the island and had experiences that we would have missed without his local knowledge. The accommodations were perfect and 100% as described. Proximity to the beach was a major plus. For sure I'll be going back...

Super cute, close to pigeon island and rodney bay and a number of beaches. Interior was spacious and clean, and very comfortable. We loved the deck with the hammock and the views overlooking the royalton and ocean. Chris the local host was very helpful and accommodating.

I cannot say enough about Cosmas and Chris and the villa. Both Cosmas and Chris were excellent communicators, gave wonderful suggestions for food and excursions. Cosmas arranged an all day boat excursion, a romantic wedding night dinner and most importantly gave the best suggestions for wedding officiant (Mr. Gaspard), photographer (Ashley), flower shack (beautiful bouquet the day of) and location for beach wedding. Between Cosmas and Chris, we were taken care of entirely! We had the most wonderful elopement and wouldn’t trade our amazing experience for anything! Such a joyous and relaxing time thanks to these two. If you have the chance to stay in St Lucia, this is your place! Location is perfect and once you drive up there, the driving around the north end of the island is pretty easy. I cannot recommend this place enough!😊
