Located in the safe and friendly gated community of Gate Park, Cap Estate, Orchid 1 is a mere 15-20 minute walk to the picturesque Pigeon Island landmark. The wheelchair friendly, open plan living/dining area opens onto a large balcony which boasts a beautiful view of the swimming pool and lush green gardens below. The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed and a large en suite bathroom. There is also a safe in the master bedroom for guests’ use. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds.

Lovely house overlooking nice garden and hills. Great to dip in the pool. Close to national trust Pidgeon island (20 min walk) Host very receptive. Useful if you had a car as the supermarkets and other beaches are a fair walk away.
We had a great stay at Kandace’s place, we felt right at home straight away. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay :) We loved the outdoor patio space and the pool was superb! Great value for money, we highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Great location
This lovely apartment boasts an excellent location, close to everything one might need. Kandace, the host, provided great communication and was always available. The apartment had everything I needed, including a first aid kit and cough syrup for kids, which I truly appreciated. The private pool was the cherry on top, offering a tranquil area to relax and soak up the sun. I will definitely be booking again for my next visit. Thanks again!

Gate Park is a safe and quiet gated community in Cap Estate in the north of the island. Guests are welcome to use the well manicured common grounds for picnics or walks.
Renting a car is recommended if you'd really like to experience all the island has to offer. There is a parking spot alongside the unit which is reserved for guests of Orchid 1. Public transportation is also available and accessible, there is a bus stop just outside Gate Park.
For all the walking wanderers, the beautiful Pigeon Island landmark is a 15-20 minute scenic walk away, where guests can hike up to Fort Rodney and enjoy the breathtaking views followed by a refreshing swim in the turquoise waters below. Alternatively, a 3-5 minute drive from Orchid 1 will get you there in a jiffy!
A 5-10 minute drive away, the Gros Islet Friday Night Street Party is a favorite of tourists, where guests can party like the Lucians do and sample local fare. Don't miss out on the mouth-watering seafood and local spiced rum!
Whether you're craving sushi, pasta, pizza or steak, the Rodney Bay Marina offers picturesque waterfront dining, a 10 minute drive away.
Looking for a fun night out or duty free shopping? Rodney Bay is a 15 minute drive away and is always busy with locals and tourists alike. Also located in Rodney Bay, Reduit Beach is a great spot for sunbathing, swimming, jet skiing and many other water sports.
