Villa Powye is a well maintained and secure property also very well situated for peace and privacy , the only issue my parents and I had was how hot the common living space was the 2 bed rooms were air condition which allowed you to sleep at night but during the day the living room/dining room was extremely hot even after opening all windows and sliding door fully and with the fan provided on high , my dad has breathing issue so the stay was more unbearable for him , if an AC unit is place in the living space this would a Perfect gem or hide away ..

This Villa is AMAZING! I did not know what to expect at first but it turned out to be great. The hosts were kind, patient, and helpful. The Villa is spacious and had everything I needed. It is also in a prime location (near Pigeon Island beach, the Marina, Rodney bay mall, etc). I definitely look forward to staying here again next year.

I cannot recommend VillaPowye high enough! The space is completely modern, set with both US electrical outlets and the local 240V outlets as well (in every room!) . The air conditioning units in the two bedrooms were fantastic and efficient (and particularly enjoyable if you visit the island during high humidity times). The balcony offers an amazing view of Rodney Bay, and you're only a 3-5 minute drive down the hill to the beach. It's a short 5 minute car ride to Pigeon Island as well (which I highly recommend that you hike to the Fort and Signal Peak!) Daron and Jen were amazing hosts and reply to any questions/concerns you have within 10-15 minutes on the Airbnb app! The space is massive and would easily house 4 people (2 in each bedroom). The beds were also good quality - which can make or break a trip! The area is completely safe and just 5 minutes outside the downtown Marina area. The value is also top-notch - other Airbnbs available during my stay for the same price range as VillaPowye simply couldn't compete at all. This is a fantastic alternative if you're looking to stay and really feel like you're on the island (and not at a resort). Enjoyed the quiet, peaceful views of Rodney Bay every morning on the balcony. I'll be back to visit here soon! Thanks!

What you will find is a stunning villa, with superb views over the bay. You will see the cruise ships coming and going as well as lots of sailing activity. You are close to the beach and the shops but a car is really a necessity. Had a wonderful time.
