Tim es muy amigable y siempre estuvo al pendiente de mí, el lugar es bastante tranquilo y silencioso, la cama es muy cómoda y el departamento estaba prácticamente solo para mi, la ducha funciona bien, todo perfecto tal cual lo describe, lo recomiendo.

Stayed here for two nights. First time using Airbnb and the experience was really smooth! Only saw Tim once and he was really nice. Perfect spot from downtown with a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

There was a mishap with the house key that delayed me from checking in when I arrived, but he was fully apologetic and even discounted part of my stay for the inconvenience. I even got to meet his dogs for the first time! Tim always makes sure you have a comfortable stay, and it's why I've entrusted him three times now to provide that whenever I'm in Austin.

This would be my second stay at this Airbnb and it never disappoints. I travel solo so I’m pretty simple with my needs, but this listing would accommodate two people comfortably IMO. There are restaurants nearby from the Airbnb but it is a 20 minute walk and is located deep within the neighborhood, but it’s an area that is both pedestrian and bike-friendly. Otherwise it’s a quick 5-min drive to bars like The Little Darlin’ or eateries like Tuk Tuk Thai, DK Sushi, or plenty of other mom-and-pop Tex-Mex restaurants.
