This has been one of my favorite stays from Airbnb. Matt provides such a serene sanctuary and is so kind. The space was perfect for me and my cat and had everything we needed! It was incredibly clean and comfortable and in the perfect location. Matt was always very responsive if I had any questions and he checked in to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I could not have asked for more! I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to again in the future.

This place and Matt were absolutely amazing. As a young female, I was a little anxious trying to find an AirBnB to stay in for two months, but this place made me feel extremely safe. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and the place itself was private. I never felt in danger. Matt, the host, was also extremely proactive and caring. He reached out to check on me, see if I needed anything, and even encouraged me to park in his spot in the driveway due to a tree branch breaking that would’ve fell on my car. The place is small but it’s gets the job done and every issue I had, Matt took care of immediately. He went out of his way for me when I got my trips dates wrong and he never once complained. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. Let my review be the one that makes pushes you to book. You won’t regret it, especially for the price.
