Great little cottage for a short break. Compact, but everything you need for a short stay. Easy access to the cottage via the key safe at any time, and despite what I had read on the reviews the cottage was warm and cosy, even without the fire in the front room alight. There is a railway line directly adjacent to the cottage but the noise didn't impact our stay. The stairs are very steep, particularly up to the loft room. They would not be good for small children or anyone that has mobility issues (or sleep walks!) as there is no barrier around the top of the stairs in the loft room, however the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall a great price and cosy cottage for a short stay.

We were concerned by the proximity to the railway line but weren’t disturbed by train noise. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks - thanks !

Nice cottage at a good price. The stairs were a bit precarious but we managed. Lovely wood burner in the lounge. You do hear the trains every so often but we got used to that. Great for a short break and we will be booking again as it’s good value.

We found Efren's place to be a great location for our stay, everything in Teignmouth is easily walkable and the parking is close by and reasonable. We couldn't fault the cleanliness of the house, it was spotless! There were just a couple of niggles that were a little disappointing such as no toaster and tape covering a draft around one of the bedroom windows. All the TV remotes had been cling filmed, we guessed as a way of keeping them clean?! Overall we had a great stay and the house worked well for out stay.
