This place is all about the location, on a quiet dirt road, just a few hundred meters from a beautiful beach that extends 2 km up the coast, to an estuary. Wonderful beach walking, running, exploring. The house itself is well laid out, but quite dated and needing some work, especially the kitchen sink, kitchen drawers, and the plumbing under the bathroom sink (was leaking). There is also something seriously wrong with the tap water, so bring your own drinking water. Overall, I'd recommend this place for the beautiful location and well-laid out space, but recommend some maintenance/renovations be done to make it worth the nightly rate being charged.
